The inaugural DCE Spring Conference brought together faculty, alumni, learners, and special guests from around the world, both in person at the Northwest Building on the Harvard University Campus and virtually. The event was hosted by faculty chair John Paul Rollert, JD, Ph.D., and the Harvard Extension Alumni Association (HEAA).
Participants explored how we can better lead ourselves and others in the face of unprecedented challenges through concurrent workshops, panels, and presentations designed for both in-person and online audiences. Featured speakers included faculty members, alumni leaders, and members of the DCE community.
HEAA President Ariel Gamiño, ALM ’03, and Dean Nancy Coleman, Ed.D., also participated in a discussion about leadership in higher education.
